Rapid antigen test for COVID-19 is a qualitative immunological test on a membrane for detecting SARS-CoV-2 antigens in a human saliva sample.

Instructions:

1. Remove the dropper and plastic vial; attach the dropper to the vial. Cough deeply 3-5 times. Gently spit a sample of saliva into the dropper. The saliva (without bubbles) should reach the height of the measurement line.
2. Place the vial in the vial holder. Open the buffer packet and add the entire contents of the buffer to the saliva sample vial. Secure the cap on the vial. Gently squeeze the vial 10-15 times to mix well.
3. Remove the test strip from the sealed bag and begin testing within one hour. The best results will be obtained if the test is performed immediately after opening the bag. Place the test strip on a flat surface. Invert the vial and add 2 drops of solution to the sample opening of the test device, then begin timing. Do not move the test during testing.
4. Read the result after 15 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes.
