SHEA BUTTER (SHEA BUTTER), refined, 150 g

Shea butter (Shea Butter) is a very popular natural skin and hair care product. It is mostly white, but can also be in shades of yellow. Shea butter is used in many cosmetic preparations because it has a beneficial effect on the skin. It is a very grateful base for making cosmetic preparations, since up to 50% of liquid vegetable oils can be added to it, while keeping the preparation relatively rigid.

Shea butter is easily absorbed into the skin and does not leave greasy stains and does not clog pores. Prevents skin drying and is often used for massages, body lotions, lip balms, solid natural soaps…

Protects the skin from external influences and drying, restores its moisture and softness. It is suitable for the care of all skin types, especially dry and mature.

Ingredients: Butyrospermum Parkii

Purpose: For skin care, melts at body temperature. It can be used alone or in combination with other butters and vegetable and essential oils.

Warning: Keep protected from the sun, at a temperature up to 25 ° C, out of reach of children. Not for oral use.

Recipes with Shea Butter

Butter for the prevention of stretch marks in pregnancy

  • 70 grams of shea butter
  • 10 grams of vegetable oil of wild rose fruit
  • 10 grams of jojoba vegetable oil
  • 10 grams of hazelnut vegetable oil

Melt the shea butter on a steam bath and stir in the vegetable oils. Pour the mixture into a suitable threaded container.

You can make the mixture without heating – the mixture just needs to be mixed well enough.

Butter for the prevention of stretch marks can be used from the first day of pregnancy.

Lip balm

  • 10 grams of shea butter
  • 10 grams of beeswax
  • 10 grams of almond oil or jojoba oil
  • 12 drops of mandarin essential oil

Heat the butter and beeswax on a steam bath, add the almond vegetable oil and when it cools to room temperature, add the essential oil. Pour into a suitable threaded container.

Intensive dry skin blend

  • 40 grams of shea butter
  • 10 grams of vegetable oil of wild rose fruit
  • 10 drops of rosemary essential oil

Melt the shea butter on a steam bath and stir in the vegetable oil. When cooled to room temperature, add the essential oil. Pour the mixture into a suitable threaded container.

Baby skin care

  • 80 grams of shea butter
  • 20 grams of almond oil

Melt the shea butter on a steam bath and stir in the vegetable oil. Pour the mixture into a suitable threaded container.
