Ingredients per recommended daily dose (=3 capsules): Vitamin C 150mg (188% NRV*), collagen (934.5mg)
Content: marine collagen (fish), L-ascorbic acid, anti-caking agent: magnesium fatty acid salts, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose

Instruction for use: Take one capsule three times a day, after meals.

Additional information: Contains Vitamin C, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy-yielding metabolism, and normal function of the immune system. The quantity of the product is sufficient for 20 days of use.

Pink clay masks

It works well on normal, sensitive, and mature skin types and can be used to cleanse and detoxify the skin, remove dead skin cells, and create an overall refreshed appearance. It can also be used to treat acne and other skin conditions, poor blood and/or lymph circulation, and sun-damaged skin.

Application: Pink Clay can be used in body detox wraps, soap making, face masks, mineral-based cleansers or creams, face or body scrubs, and face powders.

Face mask: Mix 2 teaspoons of clay with 3 teaspoons of water, add 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil and 2 drops of lavender essential oil. Apply to the skin and leave it on for about 10 minutes before rinsing off with warm water. Floral water or aloe vera juice can be used as a substitute for water.
