Quality Policy

The Biofarm d.o.o. company’s main goal is to develop and maintain long-term business relationships with domestic and foreign partners, ensuring high-quality standards in the production of pharmaceutical, dietary, and cosmetic products that are based on quality, knowledge, reliability, and strong social responsibility and trust in the successful implementation of all activities. Specifically, the company’s vision is to position itself as a recognizable producer of natural cosmetics and products based on natural medical herbs by continuous investment in operational resources and using its own scientific research program with a traditional approach to production and contribute to a positive way of life in harmony with nature.

This will be achieved through the following:

  • Considering the organization’s context and aligning the quality management system with the Biofarm d.o.o. company’s strategic goals.
  • Defining employee responsibilities and fulfilling them in accordance with quality goals
  • Establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Implementing legal and regulatory obligations
  • Monitoring and implementing new technologies and educating employees
  • Careful selection of suppliers and their evaluation
  • Meeting customer needs and expectations
  • Dedication to increasing product/service quality to exceed customer expectations
  • Continuous improvement, recognizing that the quality management system is a process-cyclical approach
  • Ensuring that our policy and approach to ISO 9001:2015 standards requirements reflects what the Biofarm d.o.o. company actually does
  • Continuous improvement of the quality management system

The Director of the Biofarm d.o.o. company is responsible for communicating the Quality Policy to all persons working for or on behalf of the Biofarm d.o.o. company and making it available to relevant interested parties.
