Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar extract, nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica L.) with a minimum of 2% silicic acid, chromium(III) chloride, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule: hypromellose.
