Ingredients: 100% Fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare, fructus)
Net quantity: 100 g

Preparation: Pour boiling water (200–300 ml) over 1 teaspoon of fennel fruit (2.5 g). Cover and leave to steep for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, then strain. Drink one cup up to three times daily. There is no recommended daily limit.

Storage: Store in a dry, dark place.
