Insoles with natural hemp fibers are soft and absorb moisture well, so your feet stay dry and fresh. Efficient air flow is ensured through the holes on the insoles. Foot insoles have marked sizes for proper cutting to the correct dimension.

Directions for use: Using scissors, cut the insoles to the desired size along the cutting line. Insert the insole into the shoe with the printed side down. The pads can be washed in cold water with neutral soap.
