Women’s Balance

A gentle herbal blend for a sense of calm and inner balance, with a mild floral-green aroma, the warmth of yarrow, and a touch of lemony freshness from lemon balm.

Lady’s mantle — 20 g
Lemon balm — 20 g
Yarrow — 10 g

Drink 1–3 cups daily, preferably during the calmer part of the day. Can be enjoyed warm or lukewarm.

This traditional combination of lady’s mantle, lemon balm, and yarrow brings together herbal and floral notes into a blend with a soft, soothing taste. Perfect for a daily herbal ritual.

Ingredients: 100% Lady’s mantle herb (Alchemilla vulgaris, herba)
Net quantity: 40 g

Directions for use: Pour 2 dl of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of tea, cover and leave to infuse for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, then strain. Drink 1 cup of tea 3 times daily.

Storage: Store in a dry and dark place at a temperature up to 25 °C.
