Medicinal properties of Lady’s Mantle

The whole above-ground part of Lady’s Mantle, which is harvested in summer, is used for tea. Lady’s Mantle is used for uterine problems. Lady’s Mantle helps with almost all women’s diseases and problems, such as various ovarian problems, sagging uterus, menstrual bleeding, vaginal infections, abdominal pain, menstrual problems, etc. (1).

Lady’s Mantle increases fertility, facilitates and encourages the natural transition to menopause.

The key ingredients are tannins, flavonoids, organic acids and vitamin C. Apart from the purpose of hormonal regulation, it is also used as a closing agent, anti-inflammatory agent, antimicrobial agent. It also acts as a means of helping to remove excess water and strengthen the heart, and as an aid to inflamed wounds. Ingredients: 100% Meadow-Rue, green (Alchemilla vulgaris, herba)

Preparation method: Pour 1 teaspoon of tea with 2 cups of boiling water, leave covered for 10-15 minutes with occasional stirring and strain. Drink 3 times a day, 1 cup of tea each time.

Storage method: Keep in a dry and dark place at a temperature of 25⁰C.
