Withdrawal from contract

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you received the products, without giving any reason. Fill in the form and click “Confirm withdrawal”. We will e-mail you a confirmation of receipt straight away.

If you are not withdrawing from the whole order, list the products you are returning in the note. How to return the products and how the refund works is explained in our Terms of use.
