Chicory is valued as a medicinal plant because it contains a large amount of inulin, which is known as a natural regulator of blood sugar.

Chicory contains prebiotic fibers, or inulin, which are indigestible plant-derived ingredients that feed good bacteria and allow them to predominate over potentially harmful ones (1).

Buckthorn bark helps in cleaning the intestine, relieving bloating and constipation due to its laxative effect.

Ingredients: mint leaves (Melissae follium), chicory root (Cichorii radix), buckthorn bark (frangulae cortex), senna leaves (Sennae follium).

Preparation: pour the bag with 2-3 dl of boiling water and leave it covered for 10 minutes. Drink 1-2 cups in the morning or evening before bedtime.

Storage: Keep in a closed packaging, in a dry and dark place, at a temperature of 25⁰C.
