Apple and fig extract

Apple skin extract contains alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA), and malic acid is the most abundant in these acids. Acids act as a mild exfoliator and break down the proteins that hold skin cells together and prevent their removal.
Fig extract, obtained from the fruit of the fig, moisturizes and nourishes. Figs are used in skin care due to the high amounts of vitamins A and C which act as an exfoliator and remove surface skin cells, which helps to refresh and renew your skin.
