Ingredients: dried brewer’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), L-ascorbic acid, emulsifier: microcrystalline cellulose, D-alpha tocopheryl, sodium selenite (1% on calcium carbonate); capsule: hypromellose.

Directions for use: Take one capsule three times a day.
