When it comes to herbs that help with respiratory problems, mint is a very common choice.

The high content of menthol in mint helps to relax the smooth muscles of the respiratory tract and relieves cough and allows airway patency.

Eucalyptus has an antiseptic effect and releases mucus, which is why it is often used for dry cough. It also soothes irritated and inflamed sinuses where it reduces inflammation of the vessels in the sinuses which blocks and clogs the sinuses.

Ginger reduces inflammation in the throat and reduces pain, while vitamin C works to fight pathogens and boost immunity.

Ingredients in the recommended daily dose (= 6 lozenges): vitamin C 88.2 mg (110 PU *%), turmeric powder extract 58.8 mg, eucalyptus oil 29.4 mg, rosemary oil 12.0 mg, PU * = recommended daily intake

Directions for use: Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in your mouth every 2-3 hours. A maximum of 6 lozenges per day is recommended.
