Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids are those that our body cannot just produce, which means it must get them from food or dietary supplements.

Omega contains EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) which are predominantly found in fish oils. Molecules synthesized from EPA reduce the risk of chronic diseases and have anti-inflammatory effects.

DHA is very important for the brain and makes up 15-20% of all fat in the brain. Too little DHA is associated with poorer cognitive functions and poor memory. They are considered precious fats.

A sufficient amount of Omega-3 fatty acids contributes to the normal functioning of the brain and heart and the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (1).

Ingredients in the recommended daily dose (=1 capsule): Fish oil 1000 mg – Naturally contains: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 500mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 250 mg

Ingredients: FISH OIL (naturally contains EPA and DHA); capsule shell: beef gelatin; moisture retaining agent: glycerol, water

Instructions for use: Take one capsule daily with liquid.
