Wild rose fruit oil is obtained by cold pressing carefully dried fruits.

The resulting oil is golden-reddish to red in color due to the presence of carotenoids from the fruit, contains predominantly unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E and many other useful ingredients, which is why it is often used in cosmetics.
