Drink 1 cup after a meal, up to 3 times daily as needed.

Drink 1 cup in the evening, about 30 minutes before bedtime.

Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon of tea over 200 ml of boiling water and steep covered for 5–7 minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste. Drink 3–4 times daily.
