Pine is a tree that grows up to 30 meters tall, with a brown-red bark that is deeply cracked. Its needle-like leaves are always in pairs, long and very tough. Essential oil can be obtained by distilling branches with leaves, but also by distilling oleoresin, and their compositions are relatively similar.
