We recommend using Cold gel after increased physical activity. This gel enriched with menthol, essential oils of eucalyptus and rosemary improves blood circulation and gives a feeling of comfort. Cold gel contains 2.5% menthol, natural and essential oil of eucalyptus and rosemary.

Cold gel is a non-greasy water-based formulation designed to provide rapid temporary relief of pain associated with muscle aches, back pain and arthritis. The ice gel contains menthol which is applied to the skin and dilates blood vessels which causes a feeling of coldness accompanied by an analgesic effect.

Cold gel contains 2% menthol, natural and essential oil of eucalyptus and rosemary. Menthol evaporates in contact with the skin and gives a cooling effect that provides relief. Rosemary has a beneficial effect on sore muscles, relaxes them, and eucalyptus has a calming effect.

It can also be used in cases of headache when it should be rubbed into the temples and nape of the neck.

Very often in case of injuries the question arises – to use a cooling gel or a heating gel?

Use Cold Gel to help with acute (new) injuries accompanied by inflammation and swelling, such as sprains, bruises and tendinitis.
Use Hot Gel for chronic (ongoing), non-inflammatory pain or stiffness, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, back or neck pain.

Directions for use: Apply gel to desired area in light circular motions several times daily.
