The ancient Egyptians used sage for mummification and embalming, and the ancient Romans had a special ceremony for its harvesting. Sage contains many active plant compounds, including camphor, borneol, bornyl acetate, camphene, and 1,8-cineole.

Ingredients: 100% Sage leaves (Salvia folium)

Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon of tea (1.5 g) with 2 cups of boiling water and let it sit covered for 10 minutes. Then strain and sweeten to taste. Drink 3 cups of tea per day.

Storage: Store in a dry and dark place at temperatures up to 25°C.
